I'm the kind of person who always sees the light at the end of the tunnel. I look at the options I have, whether the "universe" favors me or not. Because no matter how challenging the conditions, I always have the choice to be a victim or find a way to get up and move on. So far, I've always stood up (and I help our clients find their way, too).
Dana has been a trainer and consultant of DEVELOR Slovakia since 2007. She specializes in the development of communication, management, business and customer service skills and trainings with Insights Discovery personality typology. Due to her high level of empathy, Dana is an excellent trainer, she maintains an open and friendly contact with participants with a focus on the result, which motivates others in achieving the expected change.
